Practice Management Services For Law Firms
Running a successful law firm involves much more than delivering legal advice. Effective operational management is essential to ensure the business runs efficiently, staff are supported and important business functions are managed consistently.
Our Practice Management Service provides firms with an experienced Practice Manager who works alongside partners, directors and staff, delivering practical day-to-day management tailored to the needs of your practice.
Rather than employing a full-time Practice Manager, firms benefit from an experienced professional who works remotely and on-site as required, providing a flexible and cost-effective solution that can be adapted as the firm grows.
Every firm is different, which is why our service is tailored to your individual requirements. Functions can be added or removed to ensure you receive the level of support your practice needs.

Looking for Complete, Outsourced Support?
Discover our Risk & Compliance Management Service.
For firms that require more than a structured framework and annual audit, our Risk & Compliance Management service provides complete day-to-day management of your compliance infrastructure.
This service builds on SRA Compliance Essentials and goes further. RACO becomes an operational extension of your firm, taking responsibility for the administrative management of compliance registers, notifications and reporting, while continuing to provide technical guidance and regulatory oversight.
Many firms begin with SRA Compliance Essentials to establish a robust framework, and then combine our Risk & Compliance Management service when they require ongoing administration, reporting and case-level support.
If you are seeking a fully outsourced compliance solution, we recommend discussing both services with our team.
