Compliance Services For Law Firms
Regulation & Compliance Office (RACO) provides structured compliance and risk management support to law firms regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We work alongside firm owners, COLPs, COFAs and MLROs to implement proportionate, regulator-aligned systems that are documented, operational and defensible.
A Structured Approach to Law Firm Compliance
Compliance must be embedded within the firm, not treated as a standalone function.
We support law firms to:
- Establish and maintain Policies, Controls and Procedures (PCPs)
- Implement structured risk management and AML frameworks
- Maintain compliance with SRA, AML and data protection requirements
- Ensure ongoing monitoring, reporting and audit readiness
- Strengthen governance and internal accountability
Our approach is proportionate and practical, ensuring systems are followed in practice and not simply documented.
Supporting Law Firms of All Sizes
We work with:
- Sole practitioners and boutique firms
- Partnerships and incorporated practices
- Multi-office and national law firms
Our services scale according to your firm’s structure, size and regulatory exposure.
